Mike earned his bachelor’s degree from Miami University and his MBA from Wright State University.

Matt serves as Chief Operating Officer of SOLV, where he partners with portfolio company leaders to strengthen operational performance and leadership development across the portfolio. A versatile executive with a broad background spanning corporate law, operations, strategy, technology, real estate, and international business, he brings a well-rounded perspective to complex business challenges. Matt holds a bachelor’s degree from Huntington University, a master’s degree from Indiana University, and a JD from the University of Minnesota.

Heather serves as Chief Legal Officer of SOLV, leading legal, compliance, human resources, and culture. She advises on legal strategy, governance, risk, and organizational matters, drawing on extensive experience as a legal business partner to senior leaders across compliance, strategic contracting, disputes and litigation, employment, and team leadership. Heather earned her bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and her JD from the University of Chicago.

Angie serves as Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy of SOLV, where she leads mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, AI strategy and enablement, and marketing and communications. A strategic leader with a strong financial foundation, Angie brings experience across corporate development, enterprise strategy, and commercial banking, with a focus on evaluating growth opportunities and creating long-term value. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and her MBA from Purdue University.

Ethan serves as Vice President of Finance of SOLV, where he leads financial reporting, internal controls, analytics, and financial oversight across the portfolio. A collaborative financial leader with a pragmatic operational mindset, Ethan brings experience in financial planning and analysis, acquisition integration, internal audit, and partnering with business leaders to improve performance. Ethan is a CPA and holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and an MBA from Ball State University.

David serves as Senior AI Solutions Architect of SOLV, where he partners with teams across the portfolio to identify and implement practical solutions using data, technology, AI, and automation. An experienced AI systems architect and product leader, David brings a strong background in data and analytics, intelligent systems, and technology consulting. He focuses on translating business needs into practical solutions that improve processes, decision-making, and operational performance. David earned two bachelor's degrees and a master's degree from Indiana University.

Kelly serves as HR & Compliance Manager of SOLV, where she partners with leadership and portfolio companies on human resources, compliance, and risk management. A collaborative HR and compliance professional, Kelly brings a practical approach to supporting leaders, addressing organizational needs, and helping manage risk across the portfolio. Her work spans a broad range of people and compliance matters, with a focus on providing responsive, thoughtful support to the businesses.

Julie serves as Office and Hospitality Administrator of SOLV, where she supports office operations, hospitality, team coordination, and company events. A people-focused and detail-oriented professional, Julie brings experience spanning education, nonprofit administration, and executive support, with a strong foundation in communication, organization, and relationship-building. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.

Tim serves as Financial Analyst of SOLV, where he supports the finance and accounting team with financial close, reporting, and analysis across SOLV and its portfolio companies. A detail-oriented finance professional with a strong accounting and treasury foundation, Tim brings experience supporting financial operations and providing business leaders with timely information to support decision-making. Tim is a Certified Treasury Professional and holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and an MBA from Huntington University.

Lee serves as Financial Reporting Manager of SOLV, where he coordinates key aspects of the close, consolidation, and financial reporting processes across the portfolio. An experienced accounting professional and CPA, Lee brings a strong background in corporate accounting and financial reporting, with an emphasis on accuracy, controls, and process improvement. Prior to joining SOLV, he held accounting roles within a global manufacturing organization. Lee is a CPA and earned his bachelor’s degree and a post-baccalaureate accounting certificate from Indiana University.

Grace serves as Senior Accountant of SOLV, where she supports financial reporting, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and process improvement across the portfolio. A detail-oriented finance professional with a practical problem-solving mindset, Grace brings a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement to her work. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University–Idaho.
