Once a mutual basis for moving forward is identified, we enter into a confidentiality agreement and begin the process of getting to know the business on more intimate level.

Reach a Mutually Beneficial Deal

This step consists of negotiating a binding purchase agreement that reflects the terms of the transaction. This agreement typically binds the parties to close the transaction unless additional, usually more detailed, due diligence reveals inconsistencies in prior communications or information.
