Establish the Relationship

At SOLV, we believe authentic relationships are the foundation of good business. This is why we first build a relationship. We strive to understand each other’s expectations and then decide if there is mutual interest to move forward.

Explore the Business

If a mutual interest for moving forward develops, we enter into a confidentiality agreement. We then begin the process of getting to know the business on a deeper level.

Negotiate a Deal

This step begins with detailed due diligence. When the diligence review supports our understanding of the business, we typically proceed with writing a purchase agreement that reflects the terms of the deal.
